Creating loyal, lifelong customers is a unique journey for each health practitioner.

It involves dedication, passion, and a willingness to truly listen to the needs of your patients and clients.

As you grow and evolve in your practice, there are many ways you can ensure your customers take this journey with you - and that they see you as a partner in their long-term health and wellness.

Here are five ways you can increase confidence, trust, and rapport with your current clients and attract even more of your dream customers.

1. Take stock of your office and cleanse your space.

It can be easy to become so focused on healing your clients that you lose sight of the sacred space that contains the day-to-day miracles of your practice.

Is your office a reflection of the type of clients you want to attract?

Is it warm, inviting and peaceful? Is there enough light? Could you add more color or flair to brighten things up? Is there unnecessary clutter?

As a bioenergetic practitioner, you already know how important it is to be aware of subtle energies - and your office space should reflect this sensitivity.

Make room for the energy you'd like to attract by arranging your space in a way that would please your ideal clients.

2. Survey your clients.

Ask, and you shall receive.

You don't actually have to be a mind reader or psychic visionary to figure out what your clients want. Just ask them.

Conducting regular surveys is an excellent way to gauge the temperature of your current clients and discern what's working and where you can make improvements.

Make an "exit" survey a regular part of your client protocols, as well as perhaps a mid-point check-in survey.

You can easily create surveys online through services like Survey Monkey, or you can do it the old-fashioned way with pen and paper.

Customers who come back are customers who feel listened to, honored, and respected.

Align your vision with what your clients are asking for and you have the perfect recipe for dedicated, lifelong customers.

3. Offer something for nothing.

One of the magical things about our NES practitioners is that they seem to attract all sorts of serendipitous events that bring them clients. Perhaps it's energy alignment at work, but one truth about creating a conscious business is that you will get what you give.

Practitioners who are willing to perform free or low-cost scans, consultations, or other services are often the ones who end up with returning clients.

It may seem counterintuitive to run a business and not charge for your services, but - especially if you're just starting out - offering something for nothing is the perfect way to bring clients in the door and enable them to see the power of the scan.

The beauty of ProVision is that it can return a recommended protocol during a client's first visit, which is often enough to get the client excited about coming back to see you, ordering Infoceuticals, and more.

Let your passion guide you, always, and trust that your work is valuable and life-changing for people.

If you're having trouble attracting new clients, try shifting your karmic balance by giving away something helpful. You'll probably be amazed at the results.

4. Perfect your pitch.

Whether you use NES by itself or in conjunction with other modalities, you must be skilled at communicating the value of your services.

Practitioners - and really any expert in his or her respective field - can sometimes suffer from the "knowledge curse": you know so much about your area of practice that you forget how foreign it is to the average person.

Take the time and energy to create simplified marketing materials and to perfect your written or verbal "pitch" of NES.

There's no right or wrong way to do this, you just need to find a way to explain energy medicine so it resonates with your clients (our new cloud-based portal will help with this, by the way - more info on that coming soon!).

Take mental note of what analogies or explanations click with your average client and build upon those so you're confident when you meet a new client or have the opportunity to pitch your services to someone.

5. Add a personal touch.

Healing is a journey, and you have elected to be an honored guide for others who seek a more fulfilled state of health and wellness.

You are not a cold, clinical body in a lab coat.

You are a human being with great gifts to offer your clients.

Stay connected, therefore, to your heart center when conducting your business.

Personal emails, text messages, "thank you for your business" cards, or phone calls can go a long way in cementing the trust between you and your clients.

These are the small touches that create a sense of love and loyalty between practitioner and patient.

The humanity that you give of yourself will be returned to you - and your clients will keep coming back.
